Simplot SeasonedCRISP®: Battered Potato Bites, Skin On 6/6lb 6 lb.
Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Extreme Supreme Guacamole, Frozen 12/1lb 2 lb.
Preparation Instructions:
• Prepare SeasonedCrisp Batter Bites and RoastWorks Flame-Roasted Corn & Black Bean Fiesta according to package directions. Keep warm.
• Combine cooked eggs, Batter Bites and Flame-Roasted Corn & Black Bean Fiesta; fold gently. Place a 1/2 oz guacamole onto a tortilla or flatbread and top with 3 oz potato mixture.
• Roll up tortilla, burrito style. Portion 2 wraps per serving.
