Cilantro lime and chicken fajita loaded with flavor and stuffed with chicken, peppers and onions and finished with flavorful cilantro lime rice. All the flavors of Mexico you love in one mouthful.

Ingredient Weight Measure
Chicken thigh meat, boneless, skinless, thinly sliced 45 oz.
Lime juice 3 fl. oz.
Garlic, minced 1/2 oz.
Cilantro, chopped 3 Tbsp.
Salt and pepper to taste

Flour tortillas, 10-inch, warmed 20 each
Pico de gallo, prepared 20 oz.
Mexican-style cheese, shredded 10 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Combine chicken, lime juice and garlic in a bowl and marinate for 30 minutes. Sauté over medium-high heat in a skillet until cooked through. Remove from skillet and drain excess liquid, add cilantro and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.
Step 2
Prepare the pepper and onion blend and Cilantro Lime Rice & Fire Roasted Corn Fiesta according to package directions. For each fajita; fill a flour tortilla with 2 oz. each of chicken, pepper and onion blend and Cilantro Lime Rice & Fire Roasted Corn Fiesta, add 1 oz. pico de gallo and 1/2 oz. of cheese. Roll and serve.
