Delicious corn, peppers, and onions in a rich cheese sauce topped with turkey bacon and light sour cream.

Simplot Simple Goodness™: Chuckwagon Corn Blend 12/2lb 1.5 lbs. 5 cups
White cheese sauce 1 lb. 2 cups
Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded 4 oz. 1 cup
Turkey bacon, cooked, crumbled 2 oz. 1/2 cup
Sour cream, light 4.3 oz. 1/2 cup
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat convection oven to 350˚F.
Step 2
Prepare corn blend according to package instructions. Shock and chill immediately to at least 41˚F.
Step 3
In a large pan, warm cheese sauce over medium-high heat. Add corn blend and stir to combine. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake in convection oven until cheese is melted. Hold hot for service.
Step 4
To serve; place 1/2 cup portion of casserole on serving dish. Sprinkle with turkey bacon and sour cream dollop.
