Cherry tomatoes, halved 20 oz.
English cucumbers, peeled, seeded, 1/2" dice 20 oz.
Red onions, peeled, sliced thin 20 oz.
Sesame lime salad dressing, prepared 16 fl. oz.
Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Diced Avocado, Frozen 12/2lb 32 oz.
Simplot Simple Goodness™: Mango Cubes 2/5lb 5 lb.
Preparation Instructions:
• Thaw mango and avocado according to package instructions.
• In a large bowl combine mango cubes, avocado dices, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, onions and sesame lime dressing.
• Fold together gently until well combined.
• Garnish with fresh basil chiffonade.
