Tender green beans and pan-seared tofu tossed in a sesame-honey dressing.

Simplot Simple Goodness™ Premium Vegetables Haricot Vert 40 oz.
Tofu, firm, low-fat, 1/2-inch dice 12 oz.
Sesame-Honey Dressing
Ingredient Weight Measure
Rice vinegar 2 fl. oz.
Sesame oil 1 fl. oz.
Tahini paste 1 oz.
Garlic, fresh, chopped 1/2 tsp.
Honey 1 oz.
Sesame seeds, toasted 1 Tbsp.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Blanch the haricot vert in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain, chill and reserve. Meanwhile, preheat a non-stick skillet over very high heat, sear the tofu on all sides until lightly browned.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, sesame oil, tahini, garlic, honey and sesame seeds. Toss the haricot vert, tofu and dressing together just before service.
