Mayonnaise 4 oz. 1/2 cup
Tajin spice 2 tsp.
Simplot RoastWorks®: Flame-Roasted Corn & Jalapeno Blend 6/2.5lb 12 oz.
Ground chicken patties, 4 oz. 3 lbs. 12 patties
Hamburger buns, sourdough 12 each
Lettuce leaves 12 each
Queso fresco, crumbled 3 oz.

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw guacamole according to package instructions.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Tajin. Set aside chilled.
Step 3
Prepare corn and jalapeño blend according to package instructions. Hold warm. Cook chicken patties according to package instructions and hold warm. Toast buns.
Step 4
To assemble each burger, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of a bun. Top with chicken patty, 1 oz. guacamole, 1 oz. corn and jalapeño blend, and 1/4 oz. queso fresco. Spread 2 tsp. Tajin aioli on top half of bun and place on top.
Step 5
For each serving, prepare 6 oz. SIDEWINDERS™ Fries according to package instructions. Serve alongside burger.
